How to fill out a PDF form
Plenty of PDF forms are not really forms at all - they are flat scans with lines printed on them. You can fill either kind here by typing straight onto the page.

Common questions
What if the form has no fillable fields?
That is fine. Add text boxes anywhere on the page - it works the same on scanned forms.
Can I add real fillable fields?
Yes. The text field and checkbox tools create genuine form fields that stay fillable in any PDF reader.
Will it print correctly?
Yes. Everything is embedded into the PDF at full quality.
